Made it into bed at about 7:30 this morning, demonstrating that one can write 9-10 pages of pure crap in approximately six hours. The alarm at 10:30 got me out of a deep sleep. Erin was staring at me as I jerked up to turn it off, and I wondered how long it had been going off.
It was almost cool this morning, thank god. The sun is as poisonous as ever, but at least the air temperature isn't... smothering. The breeze is positively delightful. Final quiz in linguistics, which I feel confident in my aceage of, and then we talked about our papers. Remy Zero's Save Me was insistent in my head as my turn came up. Can't imagine why. Maybe because it was part of an eleven song playlist I had on repeat all yesterday and last night and early early this morning, and therefore I'd listened to it approximately eighty thousand times. That's probably it.
At some point while writing, I was attempting to italicize with html tags. It didn't work, and I was surprised. I'm going to need a nap here at some point.
