Theory: If I walk through Turlington Plaza while holding a cellular phone to my head, as if I were having a conversation with someone, the rabid political recruiters will let me pass, unscathed. Or at least untouched. ::shudder::
Conclusion: Success! Ah, the scientific method at its finest. It was, however, not enough to save me from the monk with the Crazy Eyes outside the CSE lab, who managed to creep me into accepting his book on meditation, The Nectar of Instruction. It's like last semester when I took the Bibles from the equally scary Christian proselytizers: better in my hands than those of someone who might actually read it.
The poem will be a big ol' bag of drowning in the ocean clichés. And my monstrosity from last week will be workshopped today. Good times, good times. Wake me when it's all over.
