When the e-mail came informing one and all that the fall schedule of courses was online and fully functional, I blinked at it for a moment. Then it finally sunk in that, yes, it was already time for registration again.
Oh boy. I can feel the panic attack coming.
Granted, I've a month until the dreaded time, but between now and then it might be a good idea to actually know what courses I'm taking or what I actually want to do, eh? You know, the teleological questions. Where am I going with all this?
I don't do well with a superfluity of choices. I can only look at the course catalogue for a few minutes before the options completely overwhelm me and I have to close the tome quickly and start breathing again. So a chat with an advisor will be in order. Sigh. Can't I just indefinitely postpone the entire decision-making process and take all the classes that stike my fancy in the interests of enlightenment and entertainment? What I really need is a patron who'll keep me in college tuition for the rest of my days.
