Evernote is one of those things that's always on my periphery and always sounds like a wonderful idea, but in a really vague way; I don't know what to do with it. I've never thought about using it in a fannish context, but it seems like an idea worth exploring!
I use delicious not so much for my own reference but to share links, and rely on my delicious network for daily recs of stories to try, more so than LJ newsletters or communities now. It's curated recs in a big shared format.
Mmm, there is so much going on with delicious that I want to pick everyone's brains about. The different reasons people use it, the fandoms that are or aren't represented there, tagging conventions—I'm well on my way to becoming obsessed with tagging conventions. Personally, I find the traffic is waaay too high for daily recs, even carefully curated recs, but it's a fantastic resource to tap into when I'm looking for something to read, either general or specific.
